At times, she’s also exploring acquiring businesses to add to their portfolio, and undertaking due diligence on the target businesses.
Sometimes, Adèle also inspires small business owners/entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable/profitable business growth via her business strategy coaching/advisory work, and keynote business/motivational speaking.

David Hayde

Trained as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant, David became a management consultant/corporate finance expert (KPMG NZ) specialising in business restructures, re-organisations, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, and business growth, retiring from the partnership in 2000.
Between 2006 until 2018, David was a consultant on major projects in the infrastructure, construction, telecom and technology industries in the UK, including London 2012.
He now applies those skills and experiences to his business investment ventures.
